Can I submit my project idea in English?

Yes of course! Both German and English is fine.

Do I have to live in Vienna to get all the benefits?

No, we can work together online. For some formats such like the Kick-Off Workshop or Final Pitch, participation (min. 1 team member) is mandatory.

Can I apply for found! by myselft?

Yes, of course. However, we recommend working in teams as soon as possible. Together we accomplish more.

Can projects that are not based in Austria also apply?

The main impact of the project (i.e. the implementation) needs to happen in Austria. It is not a problem if you or your team members are not Austrian citizens.

Is workshop attendance mandatory in order to apply?

No. The workshops are designed to support you and your team to plan and develop the project. However, participation is completely optional.

Creating new prospects for the future is essential for the successful integration of refugees. Thus, enabling integration into the Austrian labor market is of special importance. Only by having jobs, people are able to secure a livelihood for themselves and become integrated and productive parts of society.

Who can participate?

found! supports innovative and sustainable initiatives that create employment opportunities for refugees. These initiatives will be supported by an intensive, five month long incubation process. Our aim is to successfully establish the supported ideas on the market. Applications from individuals, teams or existing initiatives/start-ups are welcome.

What do participants receive?

In the five month long incubation program the following is included:

Business Coaching
Individual consulting
Mentoring
Access to customized workshops and trainings
Access to the co-working space at Impact Hub Vienna
Access to the national and international network of Deloitte Austria and Impact Hub Vienna

Experts from Deloitte Austria and Impact Hub Vienna will work together with the founders of the six most promising ideas and support them with planning, implementing and developing their business ideas further.

Besides extensive consulting services, three start-ups will have the possibility to secure further financial support for their project.
